We have a date! =-)

Even though July 26th feels like 10 years from now I'll take it =-) . Yup our SR e-mailed us and told us that they have the date of 7/26 to start breaking ground for us. I'm oober excited and kind of nervous at the same time. I think b/c once this fall comes it will be time to really put on my big girl underoo's and not only be a homeowner but someone's wife as well.

anywho I'm off to do a happy dance =-)

    1. Mainly property taxes. We were actually looking in Delaware County originally but the taxes for what we would be getting were not worth it and I really didn't want to move to the city. We have family friends that live in Middletown and Bear and while we were visiting them they told us to check out Smyrna, we did... and the rest is history lol
