Even though July 26th feels like 10 years from now I'll take it =-) . Yup our SR e-mailed us and told us that they have the date of 7/26 to start breaking ground for us. I'm oober excited and kind of nervous at the same time. I think b/c once this fall comes it will be time to really put on my big girl underoo's and not only be a homeowner but someone's wife as well.
anywho I'm off to do a happy dance =-)
Congrats!

ReplyDeleteÇongratulations to you two! Building a home and a strong foundation for your marriage is powerful! Enjoy the process and Happy building!
ReplyDeleteDanielle, what made you guys buy in Delaware?
ReplyDeleteMainly property taxes. We were actually looking in Delaware County originally but the taxes for what we would be getting were not worth it and I really didn't want to move to the city. We have family friends that live in Middletown and Bear and while we were visiting them they told us to check out Smyrna, we did... and the rest is history lol
DeleteWhat about you guys?
DeleteOh ok cool, well I lived here before , then I moved back to Philly when I got married , but I knew I wanted a brand new home so DE it was plus I work here
ReplyDeleteoh ok so you guys are already pretty familiar with the area (we will be taking full advantage of your knowledge lol) What part of DE are you from originally?
DeleteWe're from Philly, I moved here when I was 17 to new castle de, then in 08 I moved to philly when I got married
